William Rees-Mogg, former editor of the The Times of London, has been named chairman of the Board of Directors of NewsMax.com. “We are pleased that such a well-respected and veteran journalist has been appointed the chairman of our company,” Christopher Ruddy, CEO & President of NewsMax explained. Lord Rees-Mogg will serve as NewsMax chairman, overseeing a board of five directors. Board members include Adm. Thomas Moorer, former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and noted journalist Arnaud de Borchgrave, currently CEO of UPI.
